Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at wecare@arynish.com or +91 90199 14474 with your order details.
  • Once the cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within [number of days] business days.

After Shipment:

  • If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will need to wait until the order is delivered. After receiving the order, you can initiate a return by following our return process.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return and Refund

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within [number of days] days of receiving the item.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at wecare@arynish.com or +91 90199 14474 with your order details and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days] business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.

Exchange Policy:
